In fact, we don’t call ourselves personal trainers at all.

Because we’re not trainers.

Trainers… well, they TRAIN right?

They put the emphasis on this workout or that exercise or those muscle groups.

And while training CAN be great for increasing strength, endurance and fitness, it’s hardly the be-all and end-all to creating lasting transformation.

If it were then EVERY person who joins a gym or engages in a workout plan would be in great shape… and that’s clearly not the case, is it?

And yes, some trainers LOVE working nutrition and dietary programming into their client approaches too… but we don’t.

That’s not to say that our coaches aren’t AMAZING at creating training programs or that they aren’t OUTSTANDING at nutritional support, hormonal correction and metabolic support. Their education in these areas is second to none… but it’s not knowledge of training, nutrition, hormones and metabolism that makes them so amazing at what they do.

What Makes Them So Amazing Is That Instead Of Focusing On The ‘Nuts And Bolts’ Of Training and Nutrition, They Help Their Clients To Answer The Question Uppermost In Their Minds…


“I Already KNOW What I Need To Do In Order To Create A Body And Life That I Love But WHY Can’t I Get Myself To DO It??”

Our entire approach, our entire philosophy and our entire business success has been built around helping our clients to find the answer to that question and then to help them to create the strategy that comes from that answer so that they can create transformation faster, easier and with less stress, struggle and suffering than they’ve become accustomed to.

So, we’re not the people you come to when all you want to do is find a TEMPORARY fix so that you can look good in a bikini, slim down in time for a special event, or ‘kick start your fitness’.

(We CAN get you rapid results but if that’s all you want then we’re not going to be a good fit)

We’re not the people you come to when all you want is a stricter diet, a harder workout program or anything that involves the ‘kick ass’ mentality that most trainers like to promote and build their businesses around.

(Our programs CAN be challenging but ‘kicking ass’ is never the POINT of what we do so if that’s your top priority then we’re not going to be a good fit)

We’re not the people you come to when you want a one-size-fits all ‘do this, don’t do that’ plan of instructions or when your main request is “Just tell me what to do!”

(We’re more than happy to help you to build a map that you can use to build your transformation goals INTO your life but we won’t be part of TELLING you how to live and laying down rules about what you MUST and MUSTN’T do… you’re an adult and we want to treat you that way. If you want to be ORDERED into action then we’re not going to be a good fit)

We’re the people you come to when you’re SICK of being in constant BATTLE with your body, SICK of bullying yourself into doing things you don’t really want to do, SICK of missing out on the things you most want in life because you’re making every decision and taking every action off the back of willpower and SICK of being unhappy because you feel like you have to CONTROL everything in life rather than feeling free.

We’re the people you come to when you’re DONE WITH STRUGGLE and done with suffering and are ready to start being kind to yourself rather than finding newer, tougher and harder ways to punish your body into submission.

We’re the people you come to when you’re ready to KEEP your results for good rather than just get them for now and HOPE for the best.

We’re the people you come to when you’re READY FOR GROWTH, EVOLUTION and TRANSFORMATION in your life.

We’re the people you come to when you finally recognise…

We don’t know if that sounds like you or if that was what you were looking for when you typed ‘personal trainer’ into Google but we figure it’s best to be honest and upfront about what we do and who we do it for so that you can decide for yourself if we feel like the right fit for you or not.
